Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right edge of the display.

Step 2: Scroll down as well as tap "Settings.".

Step 3: Tap "Account Setup.".

Step 4: Tap "Videos as well as Images.".

Step 5: Tap the toggles next to "Upload HD" to have the Facebook app upload videos and photos in HD going forward (the toggles will turn green). Note: You can activate just one toggle, or both, depending upon your preference. You can also transform these toggles off at a later time if you intend to conserve data.
